You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

No-shows may be charged the full session amount.

If you arrive late, your session may still need to end at the originally scheduled time so that later appointments are not affected.
