1. Our Mission & Services

West End Organix is a holistic wellness brand dedicated to supporting emotional balance, energy alignment, and natural beauty through gentle, non-invasive methods. Our core offerings include:

• Emotion Code & Trapped Emotion Release

• Heart Wall Clearing

• AO Bioenergetic Scans

• Herbal Wellness Guidance

• Healing Music (custom & pre-recorded)

These services are intended to support your healing journey — emotionally, energetically, and spiritually — and do not replace licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

We also offer curated self-care products such as:

Each item is selected to enhance your self-healing rituals and promote a more balanced life.

2. Booking, Orders & Payment

All services and physical products must be prepaid through our secure online checkout system.

Accepted Payments:

• Credit/debit cards

• PayPal

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 fee.

• Missed sessions (no-shows) will be charged in full.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. This applies to:

• Completed services

• Digital products (e.g. custom healing music, downloads)

• Physical wellness items (e.g. journals, facial tools)

If you are unhappy with your order or experience, please reach out within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.

5. Custom Music Orders

• Full payment is required before production begins.

• Once work has started, cancellations/refunds are not available.

• Final delivery is an MP3 file for personal use.

• West End Organix retains copyright on all compositions.

6. Use of Website & Materials

All content on www.westendorganix.com — including text, images, videos, audio, and wellness tools — is the property of West End Organix.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or resell any content or tools without express written permission.

7. Product Use & Wellness Disclaimer

Our self-care products are designed to support energy wellness and mindfulness practices. They are not medical devices and do not treat or cure any condition.

• Personal interpretations or misuse of materials

• Emotional, physical, or financial outcomes resulting from participation

Use of our offerings is voluntary and at your discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Any legal matters will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
