Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for:

💳 Refund & Return Policy
1. Digital Services & Digital Goods (Non-Refundable)
All sales are final for the following services and digital items:

Emotional healing sessions (Emotion Code, AO Scan, Heart Wall Release)

Custom audio tracks or healing music

Digital downloads
-
Online templates, courses, or guides
Because of the energetic and digital nature of these offerings, no refunds are provided after the service is delivered or the file is sent.
2. Physical Products (Essential Oils, Journals, Gua Sha Kits, Wellness Items)
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

You notify us within 48 hours of delivery

You provide clear photos of the issue

What Happens After Approval
If your return is approved, you may receive:

❌ Cash refunds are not offered for physical products.
Returns We Cannot Accept
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if:

The 48-hour reporting window has passed

The product has been opened or used
-
The seal is broken
-
The item is damaged due to customer handling

Parts are missing
-
The return request is based on personal preference (scent, feel, etc.)
Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to defect or our mistake, West End Organix will cover return shipping.

If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
🔄 Cancellations – Healing Sessions
To Cancel or Reschedule

You must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) incur a $50 fee.

No-shows are charged the full session price.

Appointments canceled with proper notice may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
